The Paperless Employee Travel is one of the notable feature of AlaskasWorld PET. You have to
follow a few steps to complete the log in.
  • Go to the URL at www.alaskasworld.com and this will take you to the main web page
  • You have to click on the navigation menu that reads PET
  • The Alaska pet log in page will then load on your screen
  • Employees at Horizon and Alaska Airlines will be log in to this portal
  • However, you have to choose the company that you actually work for from the drop down menu
  • If you are working for Alaska Airlines you have to click on the “Web User ID” and you have to enter your Arctic Employee ID and the passwords accordingly
  • If you are working for Horizon you have to click on the “Web User ID” and you have to enter your Horizon Employee ID and the passwords accordingly
  • If you want your computer to remember you the next time you log in you want to check the box that states “Remember my UserID on this computer”
  • Then click on log in and you will be able to access your dashboard
You can as well log in to the Paperless Employee Travel section on your mobile phone as well.
  • Open your mobile browser and you have to enter the URL alaskasworld.com on the address bar
  • You will be prompted with the message where you want to go today
  • Click on the PET option
  • You have to check Alaska if you are working with Alaska
  • You have to check Horizon if you are working with Horizon
  • There will be a box that will say Arctic# or Employee# enter the correct information there
  • If you do not know this id, you will be able to see this information behind your badge
  • Under the password section enter the password
  • If you are logging in using your personal smart phone you can click on the option that will automatically store the details on to your phone
  • There will be a light gray button that says log in and when you click there you will be able to log in
Anyone having trouble logging in to this website can call the ICS help desk during normal
business hours. There are other customer services methods that you will be able to see in the
main website that you can make use of in order to have your concerns clarified. Employees can
monitor a range of essential information related to their work position from this log in.
